Archive of documents with a fine hand drawn & coloured Estate plan of the Stanneylands property of George Hulme, drawn by William Partington in 1818, 20" x 29". The plan also shows Grundy's, a large property on the junction of the Wilmslow Road at Styall. Other items are 1754 vellum assignment Hugh Hulme of Mottram Andrew & George Hulme of Bramhall. 1824 probate of George Hulme. 1868 G. Hulme to Messrs. Higinbotham & Gregory. 1866 valuation of Stanneylands Estate. A Power of Attorney & other items. (Stanneylands is now a Hotel & Restaurant complex & Grundy's is now the Eden Mansions Care Home).
