Crown Devon Fieldings 'Mattajade' ovoid vase, c. 1930s, with gilt rim above multiple seed jade stones inset to the richly-coloured foliate and fantasy enamels on jade coloured ground, backstamp to the underside, 24.5cm high.

Very minor age-related fading to the gilt rim. The interior is painted black, so difficult to see, but looks ok. Looking through a glass the polychrome is good. Possibly only a couple of small jade roundels are lacking, most are intact. Good vibrant colour to the vase. Crazing/air bubble to the lower gilt rim.
