Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson of Kilburn (1876 - 1955)
English oak coffer with hinged top above six-panelled front, on carved supports, with carved mouse signature, 46cm high, 104cm wide and 39.5cm deep.

Has metal hinged brackets to the reverse. There is age-related staining and surface marks, mainly to the panelled front. The mouse signature is clear. There is minor colour fading throughout and further minor surface marks.
