19th century Chinese famille verte vase of lozenge section, the body decorated with four military figures in elaborate dress, between painted bands of chrysanthemums, Buddhist items and palmate and diaper borders, the base stepped, the waisted neck flaring to the rim, 48cm.

Glaze good and bright. Base and all four sides appear okay. Chip to the exterior of one corner of rim, just intruding to the inside, large chip to the opposite rim and along the edge. Extensive painting/restoration to the rim and inside rim
