Also a large 1845 six sheet vellum document Reverend Henry James Lee Warner, Walsingham, Norfolk to John Hargreaves of Broad Oak, signed by both, with superb hand drawn plan of Oak Hill Mansion & grounds, the Warner Arms Inn, Church Street, etc. 26" x 22".
