SUMMERSBY KAY, Secretary & Chauffeur to General Eisenhower. 2 short typescript letters signed by Kay Summersby, dated 1945 from Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force & Headquarters U.S. Forces, European Theater. Both are to Mrs. McColm from Ayrshire re. provision of autographs; also 2 other typescript letters to Mrs. McColm ref. the entertainment of American soldiers, both 1945 & one signed by Major General H. B. Vaughan with original envelopes (chips & tears) from "Office of the Supreme Commander", etc., & a worn copy of the book Eisenhower Was My Boss by Kay Summersby, 1949 & one or two items of unrelated ephemera.
