Chinese famille rose bowl (Qing Dynasty, 18th century) decorated with a kakiemon tree and further colourful polychrome flowering motifs on white ground with painted border, 4cm high and 25cm diameter, and a 19th century Chinese famille rose cylindrical jar and cover depicting figures at various pursuits, 9.5cm high and 8cm diameter.  (2)

There is crazing to the rim, border and well of the bowl. There are minor small chips to the rim also. There is a small crack leaving a black mark just below the rim. There are some losses to the border and rim with age-related fading to the polychrome. There is a raised area of crazing to the underside and further crazing to the underside. There are chips and nibbles to the rim of the underside.
There are small chips to the underside of the jar cover and small losses. There are small chips to the rim of the jar. The polychrome decoration is in fair condition for its age.
