Border Fine Arts limited edition group by Ray Ayres modelled as a farrier with sheepdog and sheep, on a naturalistic base and stand, from the James Herriot series, no. 1243 of 1500, 28.5cm wide.

The stick is misshapen. There are losses to areas. The horns are intact but have minor nibbles. One ear of the dog is missing and the other has nibbles. There are minor surface marks all over.
