Original vellum indenture signed "Bathurst" for the "Borough & Parish of Buckingham Commissioners of The Peace" & listing all those persons to act as Commissioners of Peace, including Marquis of Buckingham, Lord Nugent, Lord Granville, Lord Glastonbury, Lt. General Richard Granville, others including local solicitors, with a large 6" (broken) seal contained in a leather pouch.
