Binding rubbed, cracked, and watermarked with parts lacking to top and bottom of spine. Gilt lettering missing on spine and three interior pages missing. Peripheral pages creased and ingrained with dirt and foxing. Title page creased and ripped. Foxing and yellowing lessens towards centre of book. Maps generally good although many cut out. American maps lacking.
