William IV antique parcel gilt silver snuff box of rectangular form with scooped corners, the edges with floral patterned border enclosing the engine turned decoration, gilded interior, the underside of the lid with presentation inscription 'Presented to Mr Alexr Strachan by the Employees of Messrs Hume Bros & Co as a mark of esteem for him as their Manager Bo'Ness Augt 1885', by Edward Edwards, London 1831, 118g, 8.5cm x 4.3cm x 2.4cm.
