Fees

Pair of Chinese famille rose porcelain oviform geese vases, bearing Hongxian marks, probably Republic period, with raised polychrome birds amongst foliage, bearing four iron red character marks to the underside, 23cm high, on hardwood stands.  (2)

More Information

The vases are in good condition. They both have very minor staining that can be wiped off. Very minor crazing/wear to the edges of the undersides. No losses to the polychrome. Marks nice and clear. Looks like there could've been a concentric mark to the underside that is now faded. Not viewed under UV light.
