18th century Kang Hsi Chinese blue and white jar and cover, with twin gilt hoop handles and the cover with an applied gilt buddha dog finial, the jar decorated with two panels of figures in the garden, height 22.5cm.
Condition Report:
The jar and cover are overall in very good condition, there is however damage and general wear to the handles and finial consistent with age, and a hairline crack <1cm long in the inner lid rim. The diameter of the opening is approx. 18cm.
