New Learning Resource Centre - Conversion
of existing building
The school wished to provide a new Learning
Resource Centre combining library and ICT Suite within the school. They
wished to utilise existing unused space of toilets, changing rooms and
other dead space that were not being used, to form the new Learning Resource
Centre.
The existing partition and structural
walls were removed and a new steel framework installed to form the large
new space for the Learning Resource Centre. New triple glazed roof lights
and feature lighting system in conjunction with feature double glass
entrance doors etched with school motif made this a bright open and inviting
space.
